Clients I’ve worked with

Sound familiar?
Before you even start your own work.
Different subjects. The same person expected to solve them.
The cost of waiting
None of this gets better on its own.
The most expensive option is usually another six months of meaning to deal with it.
How I help
Six ways in. One person doing the work.
B2B Sales & Outbound
Build the system that produces leads - not a list of them. Targeting, the outbound engine, what gets said, how a lead moves, what gets measured.
Behind it: sales floor to team lead in London; operations at Webhelp; founded Planas Chuliganas from zero.
Operations & Scale-Readiness
Work out whether your bottleneck is process, people, or tools - before prescribing anything. That distinction is most of the job.
Behind it: scaled operations 10 → 120+ across three countries; built a company from zero.
Market Entry & Expansion
Go-to-market strategy, local operations, partnerships and positioning - operating in a new market fast.
Behind it: full Latvia market-entry launch for About You, a major European fashion retailer.
Digital, Ecommerce & AI Growth
Fix the ecommerce, SEO and conversion problems capping growth. AI for the busywork, not the hype.
Behind it: ran a performance SEO agency; ecommerce, SEO and CRO delivery for Mineshop.
EU Funding & Grants
I own the funded project end to end - procurement, milestone reporting, payment claims, and an audit file that holds up three years later. The part no one does for free.
Behind it: delivered a LIAA-funded digitalisation project at Uprankd - application through to reporting.
Fractional CEO & Executive
Senior leadership in the seat, not on a slide. Hands-on across sales, operations and growth when you need someone to actually drive it. 8 days a month, 6-month minimum.
Behind it: former CEO of a performance SEO agency; founded companies from zero; led teams of 120+.
Start here
Two weeks to know what to fix first.
Screen the business, examine one priority area in depth, and leave with a practical action plan.
Two-week diagnostic / What is included
Understand. Prioritise. Act.
- An initial screen of six areas: strategy, sales, delivery, supply and working capital, people, systems and data
- In-depth examination of one area chosen together, using conversations, data and the real workflow
- Root-cause diagnosis: unclear direction and accountability, motivation, or gaps in capability and resources
- Priorities based on business impact, the main growth constraint, effort and time to results
- A written action plan and a 90-minute review together
- A specific first action with a named owner and date
weeks
5 working days
Week one
Screen six business areas. Agree the one area for deeper investigation at the start. Map how work actually happens and check the quality of the available data.
Week two
Test the causes and discuss the initial findings. Build the prioritised plan. At handover, agree the first action, its owner and its date.
Why me
I’ve been in the seat, not just next to it.
Daniels Dubovskis, founder of DanDubov Consulting · LinkedIn
I’ve sold, hired, built, scaled, and fixed operations. I’ve carried the number when it mattered. The advice you get comes from having done it, not from a slide.
- Sales floor → CEO
- 120+ people led, three countries
- 3 companies founded, one from zero
- 100M+ retailer market entry
I’ve worked across marketing, ecommerce, outsourcing, airlines, manufacturing, international sales, energy, finance, car sharing, retail, and B2B - from A to Z. If I know the pattern, I move fast. If I don’t, I’ll say so before we start.
How it works
Diagnose
A free call to map what’s actually blocking you.
Build
I have a method for working out what’s wrong. What to do about it is specific to you.
Execute
I work alongside you to implement it.

Who actually does the work
The person on your first call is the person doing the work.
Most consulting works like this: a senior partner wins the engagement, people you’ve never met deliver it. That isn’t a criticism, it’s arithmetic - their model only needs that leverage in it.
Mine doesn’t have that problem, because there’s nobody to leverage. When something goes wrong at week six, you’re not explaining it to an account manager who wasn’t there.
That’s the whole trade. You get less capacity than a firm. You get considerably more of the person you actually hired.
